My client is within the food/distribution field looking for a Recruitment Manager to join the HR team in Jeddah.
The Role:
The Purpose of this role is to create and implement the talent supply infrastructure, framework, strategies, and processes in the context of current and future business priorities. You will develop a talent pipe line to supply talent to Clients (Business Units / Functions) through the execution of initiatives and programs in close partnership with HR Partners (HR Departments/ Teams). Successful performance in this role will help strengthen the organizational capability and reach the organization’s key goals.

The ideal candidate for the role MUST have the following:
Nationality - Saudi National - essential
Minimum 5 years experience recruiting experience - essential
Worked in a multinational or large local group - essential
Excellent communication skills and can demonstrate achievements - essential
