Our client, an international Professional Services firm, is seeking a hands-on Recruitment Manager to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team with a highly collaborative working culture and develop you recruitment career.

In this role, you will run the entire, end-to-end recruitment process. You will manage a team and cultivate strong working relationship with client-groups to identify their recruitment needs. You will also help in shaping and defining the recruitment processes, systems, KPI's and methodologies, to ensure business needs are met.

As a delivery-focused role, this position will require an individual who has a proven permanent career history with another professional services organisation. Experience of working in the Middle East is a preference, however of equal importance, is the need to have worked in a professional services environment.
