Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The recruitment manager is responsible for all aspects of recruitment and resourcing within the Middle East Unit, the role will manage one Recruitment and Mobilization Assistant. Operational Recruitment Manage end to end recruitment life cycle including:

- Support Managers develop person specifications and job description.
- Source candidates through all available channels i.e. online, referrals and headhunting.
- Advise management on appropriate recruitment methods and salary ranges.
- Advise on any relevant changes to employment law in line with company policy that impact on recruitment and be aware of confidentiality issues as they arise.
- Support managers with the selection process, arranging interviews, providing interview questions and further selection tools.
- Manage the candidate experience - Manage the offer process
- Work to minimise cost and time to hire Strategic Recruitment/Management
- With HR Manager set KPIs and SLAs for team, and ensure they are delivered.
- Manage candidate attraction strategy for the Unit.
- Manage the utilisation of the Applicant Tracking System within the Unit.
- Work with HR Manager to ensure recruitment service is aligned with the business.
- Produce reports as needed.
- Streamline and improve operation efficiency of Recruitment team
- Develop an extensive commercial focus and awareness and be credible to the senior managers in the business Internal Resourcing
- Establish effective internal network to identify relevant opportunities from within the Group.
- Manage internal movements.
- Work with Unit Board to understand areas potentially requiring support in terms of resourcing
- Produce regular reports with regards to the current and future resource situation.
- Makes suggestions for changes/improvements to practice/policy/systems

Requirements

- Has worked in an internal recruitment role, running a direct sourcing focused recruitment model
- Has contributed to recruitment strategy
- Has successfully handled high volume recruitment using direct hire methodology / tools
- Can demonstrate success in delivering the following KPIs: cost per hire / time to hire
- Has experience of recruitment systems (including use of ATS) and is able to use to drive efficiency in terms of both meeting resource requirement and cost reduction
- Is confident and can demonstrate success in headhunt activity
- Is able to advise, coach and generally support hiring managers throughout the selection process
- Has highly developed interview skills; builds rapport, communicates clearly, is able to create compelling vision of the company, asks appropriate questions and probes and challenges, makes clear notes, can provide helpful and accurate feedback to candidates and senior managers
- Has good knowledge of Middle East Labour Laws
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience of dealing with and influencing senior management
- Able to organise and manage own time and be assertive in prioritising workload
- Flexible, enthusiastic and positive approach
- Comfortable working in a constantly changing environment
- Demonstrates logical thought processes in order to challenge and influence effectively
- Results orientated and commercially aware
- Comfortable with working on day-to-day administrative processes as well as higher level advisory work
- Customer centred approach
- Experience of people management
- Has previous experience working in a large, global, complex, professional services / engineering environment.
Previous of experience of working in the Middle East is preferred
