Job description / Role
Our client is at the forefront in their industry and due to on-going expansion they are looking to hire a dedicated and talented Recruitment Officer with automatic experience to join their friendly and busy team.
Reporting directly to the Recruitment Team Leader, you will liaise with departments to assess current / outstanding recruitment needs. You will filter candidates, coordinating with candidates and recruitment agencies. Additionally you will follow through on administrative arrangements for new recruits as well as set targets to achieve the company's internal goals and objectives.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have a minimum of two years recruiting experience ideally within the automotive sector. You should also have excellent English communication skills and be resourceful in your approach.
