Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

To perform full consultative cycle recruitment processes through sourcing, screening, interviewing, testing, short listing, input and update management information systems
Assist pro-actively in the recruitment function from the pre-selection of candidates until their integration in their departments.
Assist in educating hiring managers on recruitment policies, procedures and best practices.
Partner with and develop strong relationships with key stakeholders both internal and external to UDC including Head of Departments (HODs), Universities and agencies.
Perform all recruiting and hiring processes including: advertising, sourcing, screening, interviewing, testing, short listing, negotiating, offering, input and update of management information systems.
Liaise with all local and international suppliers on contract provisions and negotiate in accordance with UDC approved terms and conditions
Update and maintain data on all local and international suppliers Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Information
Conduct candidate assessment on administered tests to candidates.
Assist with the implementation and upkeep of employee communications such as job alerts.
Correspond with job applicants and maintain a data base of resumes, online and printed
Coordinate with Departments for CV review and scheduling of appointments
Ensure that all HR and Recruitment policies and procedures are safeguarded and strictly adhered to
Work with internal and external partners to ensure UDCs Management Information is provided using appropriate HR and Recruitment systems accordingly to needs and Service Level Agreements.
Input and maintain accurate records using appropriate HR and Recruitment systems.
Prepare reports to facilitate recruitment function as the vacancies report.
Act on requisitions as per approved manpower plan, budget and organizational chart.
Communicate management information analysis to clients and management team, accordingly to needs and Service Level Agreements.
Update Recruitment Reports by entering new employee details, received documents, employment visa details and residence details and arrivals

Requirements

Degree qualified
Recruitment related certification (Chartered CIPD desirable)
5 years of recruitment experience (In house )
background in hospitality
High level of communication skills, written and verbal in English (English and Arabic desirable)
Excellent interpersonal skills
Self driven, action orientated and result driven
