Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with an international Oil & Gas company in Qatar. Due to company growth, our client is looking to hire an experienced Recruitment Officer to join their HR Department.
In this key role you will work alongside the Recruitment and Nationalisation Manager assisting in the development of the annual recruitment and nationalisation plan. You will provide support to HR strategic partners and line managers in the assessment of potential candidates both internally and externally. You will also screen and identify suitable candidates, assisting with all recruitment on-boarding during pre/post recruitment stages.
Additionally you will develop and maintain professional relationships with local, regional and international recruitment agencies. You will also be involved in graduate recruiting cycles and campaigns as well as participate in employment conference and career fairs to attract Qatari Nationals.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have a bachelors Degree in HR or a related area from a recognised university coupled with a minimum of 2 years HR experience. Exceptional MS Office skills are crucial together with solid knowledge of Qatar labour law. It is essential you have excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Only Qatari Nationals will be considered for this position.
