The Role

Lukoil Mid-East Ltd. is urgently looking for a Recruitment Specialist to work for West Qurna-2 project in Basrah.

Main responsibilities are as follows:

Recruitment of local personnel in Basra;
Maintaining of personal files;
Liaison with the line managers;
Drafting job descriptions;
Arranging interviews and skill-tests for the candidates

Requirements

Iraqi national is required in Lukoil office in Basra.
Higher education; good command of English is a must.
Work experience in HR department as a recruitment officer is mandatory, Experience in working in Oil and Gas multinational Companies is a plus / Administrative experience in international companies.
