Job description / Role

Charterhouse is working with a global consultancy firm who is looking to hire a Recruitment Officer. This is an exciting time to join our client during a period of change involving a variety of new projects.

You will recruit for MEA, based in Dubai reporting to the Head of HR. Your main responsibilities will be to recruit for both the consultancy side of the business and the product services. You will produce job descriptions, source candidates, interview and provide feedback whilst handling the offer management. You will also work very closely with all parts of the business and build excellent relationships with each department.

Requirements

The successful candidate should have a background in a role purely focused on recruitment, working with different nationalities and recruiting across the ME. You will be an independent, self-motivated, highly organised individual with a passion for recruitment. It is essential you are a strong multitasker, able to work in a fast-paced environment.
