Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Execute the recruitment, selection and hiring for the assigned functional areas, as support to line management, in line with the recruitment policies, programs and procedures and manpower planning, in order to fill vacancies and support in creating a positive image of Sadafco in the labor markets.

Key Accountabilities:

Recruitment planning
- Identify vacancies and agree timing of recruitment and job specifics with line management, to make a recruitment planning for the assigned area and to initiate recruitment processes.

Recruitment and selection
- Identify suitable candidates (for jobs up to grade 16) and coordinate and conduct interviews for selection, in alignment with the local E.S. Supervisors, according to the recruitment policies and procedures and specifications by line management, in order to present suitable candidates.

Active search
- Actively search for suitable candidates, using relevant (new) media, social networks and CV databases, to detect suitable candidates.

Recruitment agencies
- Coordinate the search processes that are outsourced to recruitment agencies, and communicate progress and specific issues internally.

Open applications
- Review, process and answer all open applications and CVs, and ensure filing in the CV database.

Employer branding and advertizing
- Execute programs for effective employer branding, recruiting campaigns and specific job advertizing on request, in order to attract qualified candidates and to create a positive image of Sadafco in the relevant labor markets.

Employment offerings
- Agree with C&B on reward packages and conditions for employment offerings and present to candidates, in cooperation with line management.

Induction
- Initiate the induction procedures for new employees with all relevant parties, to ensure proper administration and preparation for employees start.

Employment contracts
- Initiate that new employees are evaluated before the end of probation time and that the employment contract is drafted by C&B and ensure, after approval of line management, it is sent to new employees.

Administration and reporting
- Entry updates in the recruitment administration and CV database to enable tracking and tracing candidates, and report to line management and the Manager Recruitment on recruitment progress.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree
- 5 years experience in recruitment
- Languages: English, Arabic
- Should be a Saudi National
- Highly Computer Literate
- Willing to travel
- Should have experience in E Recruitment
