The Role


The Role

Salary: QR 5,000 + Co. Transportation

Our Client is one Qatar’s largest and pioneer business conglomerates with diverse business activities such as Automotive, Real Estate, Contracting, Trading etc. They are renowned for their business portfolio which encompasses international brands. The Group has been recognized as a successful and dynamic regional corporation across the region.

They now seek for an experienced and qualified Recruitment Officer to manage and organized the recruitment and selection activities for the whole organization, with its responsibilities highlighted as follows:

Job Details:

• Screening and short listing of potential candidates.
• Conducts initial interview to some applicants.
• Scheduling interviews with selected candidates.
• Controls, maintains, and updates recruitment database.
• Responsible for the generation of offer letter, scanning and sending to agency or issuing to the candidate.
• Following up the recruitment agencies and candidate to prepare the hiring document for visa formalities.
• Sending approved visa to the agency and to follow up the confirmation on when they are ready to travel.
• Coordinates with HR Coordinator regarding flight booking.
• Coordinates with the PRO regarding the visa status of the candidates.

Requirements


Requirements

The Incumbent must have the following qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in Gulf
• Exposure in Automotive Industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s Degree, an MBA or Masters is a plus
• Familiar with recruiting Technicians with large amounts
• Broad knowledge of HR practices
• Familiar with Qatar Labor Laws
• Broad knowledge of various recruiting techniques
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), other computer applications and any HR based System is a plus
• Exceptional skills as Team Player, Self-Starter, Result Driven and Out of the Box thinker in a cross cultural and fast paced environment.
• Demonstrates an excellent time management, organizational and reporting skills.
• Superior Level Communication and Interpersonal skills.
