The Role


The Role


Assists the Head of Recruitment to manage all Tatweer Talent Acquisition Functions
Responsibilities

Assists the Head of Recruitment to develop and execute company staffing Plans

- Process CV

- Generate Applicant Flow reporting

- Coordinate interviews

- Provides primary administrative/clerical support to the Recruitment/HR department

- Coordinates meetings and luncheons when required

- Responsible for recruiting database Management

- Extensive recruiting report Preparation

- Ensures interview evaluation information is collected and distributed as required

- Ensures all pre-employment procedures such as obtaining references, medical tests, and visa processing are followed in accordance with the Head of Recruitment

- and other duties as assigned by your supervisor

Qualifications

University degree
- Strong communication skills – clear and concise
- Fluent in English written and speaking skills
- Accurate proofreading
- Occasional translating documents between English and Arabic
- Ability to work independently
- Good working relationship building with all departments

- Ability to complete accurate work under pressure
- Good computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Recruitment database

- Good teamworking skills
- Good Written, Verbal, and Listening Communication skills
