Job description / Role
NSR Associates is a European owned business with offices in England & Dubai .We are seen as specialists in the Construction Recruitment Field servicing the Middle East & Asia.
We are looking for a motivated and driven individual to join our team .Working closely alongside 2 partners of the business you will be focused on the following:
Mapping out clients
Recruiting / Shortlisting / Arranging Interviews
Advertising jobs
Head hunting prospective staff
Interviewing - Face to Face & Telephonic
We are looking to develop this persons career into a junior /consultant after 12-18 Months of success assisting the team.
You will be able to manage a tight diary, be good at completing tasks and happy multitasking numerous activities.
This job is not for someone just looking at a easy 9-5 day job with no pressure and future.We are all about achieving & keeping a happy team .
We are not seen as a big corporate business but a forward thinking organisation that is growing in line with the construction market across Qatar , UAE , Oman , KSA & India .
Requirements
We are looking for someone that is a sales orientated and results driven individual that thrives on challenges. You will be used to working in a fast paced environment such as a telephone call center , office , recruitment business, booking agents or something related to sales.
You will be able to perform under high pressure and able to commit to long hours when required.
You will HAVE to be strong on the phone with good strong communication skills (ENGLISH) as well as being strong with e-mail communication and software such as word & excel .
You will have in the region of 6-18 Months experience in the Local UAE field and be available for face to face interview .
You will have a monthly and quarterly target to achieve and your pay / commission structure is relevant to you hitting these.
