Job description / Role
Due to the volume of new and existing business Guildhall has acquired across the construction sector in the MENA Region we are now looking to expand our talent acquisition capacity by hiring a talented Recruitment Researcher/Resourcer to be based with our Dubai team.
Guildhall is a western managed construction recruitment specialist with over 15 years experience of global contingency and headhunting services.
The role will entail the following duties:
- Source and select candidates
- Network and advertise to potential candidates
- Identify skills to match appropriately with vacancies
- Negotiate contracts and new starter packs
- Deal with general queries relating to contracts, pay, logistics etc
The package will be dependent on the experience and expertise of each potential candidate.
Requirements
- Knowledge of hr/recruitment within the construction and engineering sector
- Previous experience in customer based position
- Fluent in English (Oral and written)
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
