Job description / Role
A leading FMCG Company are looking for a Recruitment Researcher to join their team in Kuwait.
The main responsibilities:
- Extensive administration support
- Updating database
- Calling and creating candidates within database
- Liaison with Line Managers
- Posting jobs onto various job boards
- Arranging candidate interviews
Requirements
- Two years experience in recruitment support role
- Educated to degree level
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly organised with good attention to detail
- Arabic speaking preferred but not essential
