Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The role will be to supporting the Regional Recruitment Manager and Recruitment Consultants in all aspects of their role and in addition general office administration tasks.

Duties to Include but not limited to:
- Logging candidates CVs onto a database
- Planing Adverts and Screening responses
- Initial Screening of candidates before passing to consultants for interview
- Arranging interview between clients and candidates
- Completing Searches for relevant candidates using all tools made available
- Typing and Formatting CVS, Reports and Proposals
- Interface between UK Head Office, Accounts and Admin team
- Completing inter-company reports
- Booking Travel, Appointments etc for Senior Management

Requirements

- Ideally Previous Recruitment or HR experience
- Excellent Admin Skills
- Fluent in spoken and Written English
- Previous Middle East experience
- Confident Personality
- Flexible Working Style
- Ability to work independently
- Able to communicate effectively at all levels
- Positive attitude and energetic
- Intelligent and sharp
- Decent /integrity
