Job description / Role

To provide quality support to the Sales Team in terms of CV quality, output and administrative support.
To assist in developing the output of the Sales Team through generating leads for future sales.
Take ownership of multiple requirements at any one time. To ensure delivery of minimum KPI standards as below. Delivery of minimum CV output each day. Ensuring quality of candidate experience and guaranteeing candidates are qualified.
Delivery minimum outgoing call levels.
Ensuring advert quality and standards adhered to.
Developing the company's online & Social Media presence.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years previous experience in HR, or recruitment.
Knowledge and understanding of Middle East employment market.
Previous work experience in the Middle East.
University Degree from Western or UAE University.
Able to implement administrative processes and pro-actively resolve problems.
Excellent time management skills and able work to strict deadlines.
Ability to work under extended periods of pressure, within a Sales led environment. Experienced user of software packages including MS Excel, MS Word, MS Access, MS PowerPoint and MS Office. Fluent English language ability both spoken and written
