Job description / Role
One of the Middle Easts leading Executive Search Consultancies is looking for a Research Associate in Dubai
- Understand where candidates in the region and overseas are located and determine methods to attract them
- New initiatives with regards to sourcing and attracting candidates
- Fill vacant positions in a timely way
- Manage and update the data base on daily basis
Maintain professional relationships with candidates for future potential opportunities
Requirements
- Candidates must have resourcing/recruitment experience
- Minimum 2 years recruitment experience in Dubai
- Construction and Engineering recruitment experience would be an advantage
- Clearly spoken English language
- Willing to work on flexible hours
- Degree educated
