Employment: Full Time

We require a number of freelance Recruitment Sales to represent our company across the Gulf who are self-motivated and passionate about recruitment.

Successful candidates be part of an international team based either on site at our office in Dubai, or work remotely from home to help lead our business to connect with key decision makers in the Gulf community and add value to their recruitment process.

This role will best suit a Recruitment Sales expert who wishes to have all the flexibility, rewards & benefits of having your own agency, but without all the financial responsibilities of the day to day running costs and responsibilities.

In return we will provide the you with all the back office functions, use of job boards, in house team and administrative support, our online portal, software and email.

The role can be based anywhere in the UAE and involves:

Identifying, developing and managing mid to large size large businesses
Meeting with prospective clients to present and sell our recruitment solution
Advising clients on the most suitable solution for their needs

Successful candidates may work from home or own office, in their current country of residence, and arrange own schedule for meeting with prospective clients.

The remuneration will be based on a '"commission only" from successful placements (up to 50%).

Global databases will be provided

Back office support (Recruitment & Operations)

Visa will be provided.

The role is ideally suited to self-employed Recruitment Sales professionals with Recruitment experience who can leverage their existing network.

Requirements

Skills needed:

- Strong Sales and Business Development experience
- Excellent command of English (Arabic desirable) language
- Experience in Recruiting and HR is highly advantageous
- Effective communication skills
- Hard work ethic

To succeed in this role, you must be a motivated self-starter with an excellent entrepreneurial spirit who can work hard to achieve end results. Having a network of senior contacts in the business community would be a significant asset.
