The Role


The Role


A global recruitment consultancy are looking for an experienced Recruitment Team Leader / Manager to manage and grow a small team of experienced sales consultants in Abu Dhabi.

You role will be to operate in a business development capacity, manage, train and motivate your team of 360 consultants, strategy planning, succession planning, systems training and recruitment of new staff.

You will eventually operate over 2/3 market areas and thus one specific market expertise is not necessarily required.

You are required to have at least 5 years experience in the recruitment sector to management level. You will have experience of working in a multinational recruitment company and would have ideally operated in a start-up scenario.

Ideal markets are:

Engineering, ICT, Telecoms, HR, Legal, Banking, Finance, Sales & Marketing, but having experience in any of these is not essential.

This role will grow. Quickly. We need an ambitious, driven and focussed individual to help facilitate our growth. We need someone who is commercially astute. Someone aspirational who can gey buy-in from his team and help develop them into future leaders also.
