Job description / Role
My client, one of the leading banks in Qatar, is currently looking for an experience Recruitment Sourcing Officer to join their team.
- Source and search for talented candidates to help towards the Group objectives.
- Maintain high standards of confidentiality to protect sensitive information.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Department Heads to achieve the objectives of the Group.
- Assist the Head of Recruitment Sourcing to categorise candidates and provide a short list that meet the recruitment requirements.
- Interact with head hunters and agencies to ensure effective sourcing of the right candidates.
- Possess a working knowledge of planning and recruitment techniques.
Requirements
- A University graduate
- Minimum 2/3 years experience in Human Resources role, preferably within banking/finance market with responsibilities of recruitment
- Recruitment consultancy, specifically within banking/finance is desirable
- The ability to interact with a wide range of people from different cultural backgrounds
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Experience in recruitment processes and manpower planning
