The RoleThe Role• Receives detailed job descriptions and person specifications from HR / Recruitment Managers across the Middle East Region and sources suitable candidates according to the briefing; • Sourcing (including placement of job advertising & receiving applications) via direct on line sourcing from job boards and social media followed by pre-screening of candidates against specific profiles; • Creates ‘shortlists’ for specific vacancies and delivers to relevant HR / Recruitment Managers ; • Creates and maintains regional ‘talent pools’ or ‘pipelines’ of candidates in readiness for when they are needed so that we reduce time to hire; • Monitors and maintains PwC on line content on Job Boards and Social Media sites and also monitors the usage of such sites by HR / Recruitment Managers on the region. • Experience and proficiency in human resources and / or recruitment technology is essential (i.e Oracle / Applicant Tracking Systems such as Kenexa and Taleo); • Experience of sourcing top quality candidates on line from Job Boards and Social Media (Linked in / Facebook) is essential; • Experience of following structure interviewing process including telephone interviewing is required. |
RequirementsRequirements• A determined, pro-active, process driven individual with excellent communication and analysis skills is required for this role; • A strong sourcing specialist with minimum 3 years HR / Recruitment experience; • Experience of In – House recruitment is essential, and an Agency background in a sourcing or researcher role is a definite advantage; • Professional Services and / or Big 4 expertise and knowledge is essential; • Knowledge and experience of the Middle East Region is a definite advantage: • Fluency in written & verbal Arabic communication is a definite advantage. |
