The RoleThe RoleDue to continued growth and success this outstanding luxury brand has an opportunity for a Recruitment Specialist to join their exclusive team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional who is looking to develop their recruitment experience within an internal role and has a genuine interest in luxury goods. Reporting directly to the Recruitment Manager you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with hiring managers to stay abreast of current and future hiring needs. You will also be responsible for interviewing candidates, performing searches for qualified candidates using computer databases and dealing with recruitment agencies. You will screen and refer candidates to hiring Managers, conduct reference checks, arrange job fairs and be involved in salary negotiations with candidates. |
RequirementsRequirementsYou should ideally have two to three years experience in an agency or corporate environment as well as experience recruiting in the retail industry and preferably experience in luxury brands. You should possess excellent communication and organisational skills and Arabic language skills would be highly advantageous.
