Recruitment Specialist - Multinational Retail Group - KSA

- Work closely with Operations Management and HR Manager to plan recruitment initiatives and identify positions to recruit for
- Maintain up-do-date record of all approved Recruitment Requisitions received from hiring manager
- Post jobs appropriately using one or more recruitment channels including but not limited to; print, electronic and social media, other job portals as well as recruitment agencies in case time lines require this
- Shortlisting applicants for interview using a variety of selection techniques including competency based interviewing
- Participate in the interview meeting as required and ensure to provide best candidate experience during the whole process.
- Work with hiring managers to evaluate and make selection
- Negotiate salary and other entitlements with candidates and make offers as agreed by the HR manager and hiring managers
- Records and monitors recruitment costs and measures efficiency of methods
- Records CVs that are being rejected by the business for security reasons
- Ensure that all documentation is completed at every stage of recruitment & selection as per the recruitment procedure.
- Coordinates security clearance applications
- Coordinate with PRO for visa processing of new hires and provide necessary documents for the purpose
- Coordinate with on boarding administrator for any logistics, travel arrangements etc. for new hires
- Receive and greet the new hire on job commencement day and introduce to HR Manager who will arrange for the induction and other formalities for new employees.
- Be a single point of contact for candidates to ensure consistency of candidate experience and avoidance of any communication gaps
- Work with department managers and in consultation with HR Manager, develop and maintain recruitment standards to ensure quality of talent to be acquired.
- Participates in recruiting open houses, job fairs, ongoing research of the industry to collect information on trends and events that impact the availability and quality of resources and recruitment channels.
- Able to work as a team player within Recruitment as well as outside own function.

Requirements

- Bachelors degree in relevant discipline.
- Minimum 6 years of talent acquisition preferably in Hospitality Sector.
- UAE Labor Law relating to recruitment and visa processing.
- Knowledge of elite hospitality industry and norms.
