Hays Oil & Gas Dubai are looking for experienced Recruiter on renewable contract basis for our Oil & Gas client in Oman
He/She should have supported Nationalisation Hiring Programmes within the Middle East. (Either In Oman, UAE, Qatar, KSA)
Candidates must have a proven track record in Nationalisation Recruitment together with an advanced level of both spoken and written English, Arabic would also be an advantage.
You must have previous experience of placing Local GCC candidates into a variety of different roles including; Oil & Gas, Finance, HR, IT and technical engineering roles across GCC.
Primary focus is to partner with Omani National candidates using the depth and breadth of expertise and market knowledge to identify Omani Nationals through different recruitment programmes.
Awareness of Oman Labour law will be an added advantage
You will be hired on a 6 month renewable contract working on site in our client office in Oman
After completion of contract with client you will have the option to continue with us based on requirement
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in recruitment industry
- 1-2 years experience in Nationalisation hirings
- Explored to barriers, trends, and obstacles of the nationalisation hiring programs
- Responsible for Nationalisation resourcing program with our client based in Oman
- Willing to relocate to Oman for 6-12 months
