Operating through six separate trading divisions, FAMCO also enjoys an excellent reputation for its turnkey design, supply and installation of Dexion industrial shelving and storage systems.

Job Purpose:
Performs companies' recruitment activities by selecting the best candidate for the right job on the right time through efficient, effective and equitable use of assessment tool as per the company recruitment policies and standards.

Key Activities:
* Prepare job materials in accordance with the agreed Job Specifications for the information of the prospective candidates of the required job to decide whether to apply for the vacancy or not.

* Responsible in replying to the inquiries of the candidates, universities and external recruitment agencies about the company's recruitment activities and vacancies in order to build a working relationships for future recruitment needs.

* Communicate with top universities, IPA, Technical and Industrial Colleges for sourcing of potential candidates through the conduct of in-house information drive (Careerday, Job Fair, etc.) and interview. Communication: Position's responsibility for communications both within and outside the organization.

* Make appointments, screening and interviewing procedures and conduct tests and other examinations to prospective candidates to identify the qualities, skills and expertise needed in the vacant positions in accordance with the recruitment policies and procedures by confirming the candidates' availability.

* Conduct employee orientation and induction program for new recruits so that new employees are quickly integrated into the organization by acquiring essential knowledge in the recruitment process and procedures.

* Format, generate and prepare format and reports for the department for using in meetings with the management.

* Prepare internal and external job advertisements, web postings, job descriptions and other recruitment materials in accordance with the recruitment standards to close the job request on time as per agreed lead time.

Requirements

* Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Diploma in HR

Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience in a Multi-National corporation.

Knowledge:
* Saudi and International Labor Law: Knowledge in the interpretations of the important provisions of the Saudi Labor Law and International Labor Laws.
* Personnel and Human Resources: Basic knowledge of principles and procedures in personnel selection, training, compensation and benefits, labour relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems.
* English Language: Limited knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
*Computer Skills: Advanced knowledge of applications like MSOutlook, MSWords, MSExcel, and MSPowerPoint and Has a good knowledge of modern IT applications' on Human resources, preferably SAP. Skills
