Stand alone job which need a Individual contributor to ACCEPT the challenges and own the responsibility all the recruitment FUNCTIONS
• Assists in developing, implementing and evaluating the overall recruitment policies and processes for the HR function in conjunction with the applicable policies and procedures indicated in the UAE Human Resources Management Law.
• Develops and maintains strong relationships with multiple recruitment channels and networks to build a diverse and reliable applicant sourcing pool with local and international recruitment agencies.
• Establishes internal recruitment systems to manage the flow of applications, builds a strong database of talented candidates for easy referrals; and external systems that provide information on facilities and job opportunities.
• Manages the interviewing process with the recruitment committee and the concerned line manager, negotiates remuneration packages and benefits with possible candidates, oversees employment contracts/offers and facilitates joining formalities.
Requirements
• Responsible for all aspects of an effective recruitment program (e.g. developing detailed job descriptions, creating innovative recruitment solutions to identify, screen and bring top candidates in for interviews, managing the employment testing and selection process, developing employment contracts/offers).
• Arranging Assessment center (Psychometric Test)
• Prepare and participate in the recruitment exhibitions.
• Communicate with the colleges and universities
• From 3 to 5 Years (Major HR Recruitment)
