Job description / Role
The Recruiter is responsible for delivering full lifecycle recruiting for each of their designated programs on time. The Recruiter will play a critical role in ensuring we are hiring the best possible talent.
Functions:
- Manage full life cycle recruiting, open to close
- Network through Industry Contacts, Social Media, Association Memberships, trade groups and employees
- Maintain relevant and engaging social media presence
- Work with hiring managers to understand job profile and key success factors in order to effectively target candidates likely to succeed
- Ensure the hiring of best quality to ensure the right number of hires graduate to production on time
- Work collaboratively with the sourcing team to maximize applicant flow
- Set accurate expectations with applicants
- Use behavioral and pre-hire assessments to maximize leads with best fit
- Develop and execute recruiting plans
- Coordinate and implement recruiting initiatives
- Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
- Build networks to find qualified passive candidates
- Attend/organize career fairs for recruiting and company recognition
- Develop working relationships to aid in recruiting
- Assist in preparing and sending offer packages, on-boarding paperwork
- Assist in working with Coordinator to provide all new hire documentation, ensure all is completed
- Maintain all pertinent applicant data in Applicant Tracking System
Requirements
- Female
- Strong oral and written English and Arabic communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Minimum of high school diploma or GED;
- Bachelors Degree offshore
- 2+ years of experience in Recruiting
