Job description / Role
A skilled and dedicated recruitment specialist is required for our client in Dubai. Candidates will be accepted straight from a recruitment agency or in house but must have UAE recruitment experience along with previous blue collar recruitment. Travel is required for this role to countries such as Nepal, Kenya and India so candidates must be able to commit to these requirements.
Responsibilities include:
Liaise with senior managers to identify their manpower requirements and create a manpower plan aligned with budget
Create and update job descriptions for each role and advertise on relevant websites, newspapers, trade publications and job boards
Build up a network of high calibre candidates within the industry
Shortlist, screen and interview candidates using competency based techniques, provide feedback to line managers and provide status reports on each position
Conduct international recruitment trips for volume blue collar recruitment
Liaise with the HR Coordinator to provide offer letters and on-boarding documentation
Conduct training workshops to internal line managers on competency based interview techniques
Revise and update recruitment practices in line with the labour law
Support the HR department with any other HR related activities
Salary is 18 - 22,000Dhs plus benefits
Requirements
Candidates must be able to work to tight deadlines and manage a busy schedule of bulk blue collar recruitment along with senior management positions using competency based interview techniques. Excellent communication skills are required to train managers on interview techniques. You should be a problem solver a team player and motivated.
A HR related qualification is desirable
MS Office along with Adobe skills are required
