Job description / Role
An Excellent opportunity has arisen to join EC Harris to be a part of their Recruitment Team.
Reporting to the Regional Resourcing Manager you will be responsible for the following:
- A business partner to the management team, in regards to Bid and business as usual recruitment.
- Interviewing candidates to ensure they meet the managers requirements.
- Management reports on recruitment figures.
- Liaising with employment agencies.
- Designing and executing advertising campaigns.
- Leading meetings with relevant head of departments to discuss their future pipeline and resourcing requirements to match this.
Requirements
- The ideal candidate will have 5 years internal or agency recruitment experience.
- Ideally within the construction or technical industry.
- You will be proficient on excel and have excellent communication skills.
- You will have experience of working in a corporate environment.
- Candidates will be comfortable working in a busy environment.
- A flexible approach is essential and you will ideally have experience of working on large scale projects.
- Candidates ideally will be currently residing in the Middle East as this role will require travel to Saudi.
