Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a top global retail brand. Our client is looking to hire a Recruitment Specialist to be based in their regional head office in Dubai to locally support the talent acquisition process in attracting, sourcing and selecting top talent for the organisation.
Your key responsibilities will include maintaining and managing eRecruiting solutions, proactively sourcing candidates for retail and back office to support hiring and talent pooling activities, leveraging job boards and social media and scheduling interviews. In addition, you will review and screen applications, shortlist and communicate interview details to stakeholders acting as the point of contact for candidates for all interview related administrative details. You will also conduct reference checks on selected candidates, provide support on university, internal or external careers or recruiting events and work with key recruitment agency partners.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have a Degree in HR or similar coupled with a minimum of 3 years experience in a Recruitment or Generalist HR management role mainly focusing on recruiting and employer branding. Ideally you should have worked in a retail recruitment environment, preferably within the UAE. You should have exceptional people and communication skills and possess excellent knowledge of MS Office and Social Media (LinkedIn).
