Job description / Role
A leading FMCG business based in Jeddah is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to join their team to be responsible for a large number of internal vacancies.
- Manage the end to end recruitment process for a variety roles in the business
- Source and screen CVs, conduct initial telephone interviews
- Advertise and utilise social media methods to source candidates
- Liaise with line managers on job role requirements, create job descriptions and KSC
Requirements
- The candidate must be Saudi National.
- Must have at least 3 years experience in a similar role, FMCG experience would be preferable.
- Degree educated.
Total salary package up to SAR 19,000 plus benefits.
