Job description / Role
Recruitment Specialist - Jeddah
- Identifying the channel of recruitment and screening resumes.
- Perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria.
- Interview applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education, and job skills.
- Arrange with the department heads for technical interview schedule.
- Participate with the department head for final interview and selection if needed.
- Arrange for overseas interviews and provide travel arrangements as necessary
- Filter and refer applicants to department heads in the organization and making hiring recommendations when appropriate.
- Contact applicants to inform them of job offers terms and make financial negotiation if needed.
- Conduct reference and background checks on applicants if needed.
- Follow on new employees arrival date.
- Instruct administration for airport pickup, accommodation, etc.
- Support HRMs with weekly update on recruitment progress.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree preferably in Business Administration.
- Knowledge of recruitment and assessment methods and interview techniques
