Job description / Role
Plan, organize vacancy advertisement; screen database; carry out recruitment campaigns; screen and shortlist applications; seek priority for Saudi nationals; arrange & conduct interviews locally and International with end Users IN ORDER TO select highly qualified candidates.
Developing job offer; negotiate package; communication with affiliate senior management for recruitment process; complete recruitment formalities IN ORDER TO ensure acceptance of job offer and facilitate hiring of candidates.
Collect vacancy requisition; post internal advertisement screen and shortlist application; conduct interviews; facilitate transfer transaction within SABIC affiliates IN ORDER TO manage internal transfer activities.
Participate in identifying employment support requirements; coordinate with SMO for processing of contracts for medical check and recruitment process fees, manage recruitment agencies and man power suppliers IN ORDER TO ensure proper support for employment activities.
Participate in developing and update interviewing and selection process IN ORDER TO ensure consistent interview and selection methodology.
Liaise with Saudi consulates abroad for visa processing of selected candidates IN ORDER TO ensure Visa Endorsement
Furnishing weekly report to the end user IN ORDER TO keep them informed about the status of their vacancies.
Requirements
Education:
University degree (Bachelor) Major: Business Administration / Management / HR or equivalent
Specific Knowledge:
Fluency in English and Arabic Language, Computer literacy, Skills in Interviewing, Negotiation, Communication, Analytical, Problem solving, Planning & Organizing, Leadership, skills, Innovative & creative, Customer Service Orientation
Fresh university graduates are acceptable, however those with related job experience will be preferred.
