Recruitment Specialist

Job description / Role

Meet recruitment business requirements on a daily basis
- Assist in the recruitment and selection process from the moment the vacancy arises until an employment
agreement has been issued.
- Sourcing candidates within set targets.
- Schedule and organize interviews and ensure proper ownership of the interview process.
- Prepare the itinerary of the candidate trip to Qatar.
- Contract preparation and finalization.
- Ensure all recruitment related activities are properly processed within the NetSuite package
- Maintain existing relationships and liaise with external recruitment agencies for permanent and temporary appointments.
- Provide administrative support to the HR Department as a whole when required.
- Prepare notices and advertisements for vacant staff positions.
- Participate in applicant interviews.
- Conduct reference checks on possible candidates.
- Send Acknowledgment letters to the applicants on their recruitment status.

Requirements

- BA /Master sourcing and Screening CVs
- Recruitment process
- Qatar HR law Experience

The suitable candidate for this role must have several years of Organisational Development Management experience, preferably with consulting background, with broad technical scope covering: Strategy, Talent and Knowledge Transfer, Performance Management, Assessment and Change Management.
- He/she will have to demonstrate the ability to develop a strong understanding of the core business and successfully manage and evaluate the OD plan and designed interventions.
- Able to quickly gain understanding of organizations business strategy and priorities and tailor proposed solutions to deliver these results.
- Work and communicate successfully with all levels of the organization, with strong leadership and impact.
