Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a highly renowned and respected group of companies in Doha. Our client is looking to hire a Recruitment Specialist to be based in their regional head office to locally support the talent acquisition process in attracting, sourcing and selecting top talent for the organisation.
You will be primarily responsible for maintaining and managing eRecruiting solutions, proactively sourcing candidates for retail and back office to support hiring and talent pooling activities. You will also leverage job boards and social media, scheduling interviews. Acting as the point of contact for candidates for all interview related administrative details, you will review, screen and shortlist applications as well as communicate interview details to stakeholders. You will be accountable for conducting reference checks on selected candidates and providing support to internal or external university careers / recruiting events. You will also work with key recruitment agency partners.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have a Degree in HR or a similar subject coupled with a minimum of 3 years experience in a Recruitment or HR Generalist role mainly focusing on recruitment and employer branding. You should have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills combined with excellent knowledge of MS Office and social media (LinkedIn). Experience within the GCC is highly advantageous.
