Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

JOB PURPOSE:

To provide the Saudi Railway Co. with the right talents to ensure that all vacancies are covered by right people.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Coordinate with all Departments/Functions on SAR in order to determine manpower requirements and develop long and short term manpower plans.
• Liaise with manpower / recruitment agencies locally and provide necessary information.
• Manage day to day of recruitment activities to achieve needed recruiting goals for SAR in line with authorities provided.
• Provide input and conduct research for the analysis of new or existing jobs.
• Coordinate with SAR¡¦s dept. in order to determine recruitment challenges, manpower shortage and other gaps related to manpower and provide superiors with recommendations.
• Liaise with external recruitment agencies to provide them with specifications for candidates to be recruited, receipt and screening of CV¡¦s, coordination of interviews, payments etc. to ensure that service providers meet the required quality and cost requirements of the company.
• Ensure superiors are well informed at all times.
• Develop and maintain external contacts to keep up with developments in HR planning.
• Perform other related duties as assigned or directed.
• Provide recruitment supervisor with weekly update on recruitment progress.
• Report weekly and when required to the recruitment supervisor for progress updates and further instructions
• Undertake further responsibilities that may evolve in the future.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration / Human Resources or relevant field.

EXPERIENCE
• 3 - 5 years of experience in the following:
• Human Resources / Manpower Planning and Recruitment.
• Deal with Manpower / Recruitment agencies.
• Design and implement Manpower Plans.
• Knowledge of the Labor Laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Certification preferred PHR / SPHR.
• Fluent in English and Arabic- Spoken and Written.
