Recruitment Sr. Specialist

Job description / Role

-Implements approved departmental policies and procedures and ensures adherence with the processes implemented so that work is carried out in a controlled manner.
-Implements the day-to-day operations assigned for the HR to ensure compliance with the established standards and procedures.
-Prepares various reports in order to comply with internal or statutory requirements.
-Acts as a point-of-contact on projects or in events ensuring coordination support to key HR projects or events.
-Provides a full range of HR services to internal customers, following-up as necessary, to ensure employees’ HR needs are met.
-Conducts interviews for short-listed candidates to progress them through the selection process.
-Leads on the preparation of various HR documents to ensure the smooth functioning of the HR department.
-Drafts memos and e-mails to ensure transparent communication with concerned parties.
-Coordinates and assists with the delivery of HR services (trainings, manpower planning, recruitment, updating policies, etc.) to concerned parties.
-Assists in coaching junior staff carrying out assigned tasks to contribute to their development

Requirements

University Qualifications: BSc in Business Administration
Nature and length of previous experience: 3-7 Years Experience in Human Resources Recruitment
Soft Skills and Personality traits: Presentation, Communication
Gender Preference: Male
Nationality Preference: Saudi
Language Fluency: Arabic & English
Current Location: Jeddah
