Job description / Role
As Team Leader you will be responsible for the development of your team and their individual billings.
You will have proven experience of;
- On-boarding and developing others
- Overall responsibility for team success by agreeing, implementing and monitoring individual or group objectives and targets
- Ensuring company policies and procedures are adhered to in a professional way.
- Business development and building external relationships
Duties and Responsibilities
- Consistently hits personal billing targets and provide a successful individual track record
- Accountable and provide evidence of their teams billings and achievements
- Delivers personal client development plan (as set by Manager)
- Sets client development plans for team ensuring there is a balanced distribution of clients
- Takes delivery plan set by manager and ensures self and team consistently deliver against it
- On-boards and trains new Consultants, aiming to get them billing within 810 weeks
- Ensures team delivers high quality client experience
- Ensures team builds relationships with top candidates in segment,
- Always seeking exclusivity and global opportunities
- Ensures team delivers high quality candidate experience
- Ensures team uses database and systems correctly
- Ensure team understand importance of accurate and prompt billing of all deals, and assist Accounts / Credit Control to ensure payment is received
- Provides accurate forecasts
Requirements
- Evidence of personal billings
- Evidence of teams overall billings
- Delivery of full 360 role with emphasis on business development
- You will an established network and presence in your specialist sector
- Good managerial, operational and organizational skills
- Team oriented
- Well presented with a positive, proactive and professional approach
- Sense of responsibility and integrity
- At least 1 years as a managing consultant or team leader
- Ideally experience in recruiting in the UAE market
