The RoleThe Role• Implement the recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position • Review applicants’ CVs to evaluate if they meet the position requirements • Coordinate and follow-up with the hiring managers until the position is closed • Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need. • Assist in the maintenance of records and files • Maintain database of CV’s • Print and sort CV’s generated through ads and walk-in’s and distribute among the recruitment team. |
RequirementsRequirementsEducation : Diploma or Bachelors Degree in HR, Business, Psychology or any related field Previous Experience : Fresh graduate or at least one year prior staffing experience Excellent command in English Team player, Creative, quick-learner, interested in luxury fashion, beauty, advertising, media and marketing industries |
