Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a French multinational manufacturing organisation who is looking to hire a Recruiting and OD Manager to join their team. You will report to the HR Director, managing the staffing and organisation development process.
Your main responsibilities will be to design and develop organisation structure. Furthermore, you will design job descriptions and job profiles, manage and facilitate end-to-end recruitment and provide support to the HR Director.
You will also challenge line managers and manage their expectations when involving them in the recruitment process and be extensively involved in running competency based interviews and ensuring appropriate evaluation of new and existing roles.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have experience in the end-to-end recruitment process, job analysis, producing job descriptions and have worked in one of the following industries; FMCG, manufacturing, construction or logistics.
You should be a confident individual with the ability to challenge at all levels. You should also have a proven track record in a generalist or specialist role, including solid exposure to both recruitment and organisational development. Preference will be given to candidates with regional experience.
