The RoleThe RoleOur client a multi-disciplined holding group, currently seeks a Recruitment & Selection Specialist due to their recent vast expansion.Reporting to the Human Resources Director, you will be responsible for ensuring that the company’s recruitment needs are met in a timely, cost effective and professional manner. The main responsibilities will include working closely with management to ensure a balanced headcount within all areas of the business. You will be working with specialists in the HR function to ensure candidates and new employees receive a positive image of the company at all stages of the recruitment process. |
RequirementsRequirementsYou will also be responsible for building and managing relationships with recruitment agencies in order to make the process as timely and cost effective as possible. You will be required to work closely with the company’s HR shared service department to ensure timely processing of visa and permits. As the successful candidate, you will ideally be from a generalist HR background with at least 3-4 years sound experience as a recruiter. You will need to be a self-starter with the ability to take ownership of multiple projects and co-ordinate the execution from start to finish. Ideally you will be Western educated and possess CIPD qualification. Fluency in written and spoken English is a must. |
