Employment: Full Time

Basic Function:

Coordinating and providing assistance to meet staffing requirements of the company in the most accurate and timely manner. Define Job Offers, identify source of advertise, gather genuine job seekers with appropriate qualifications and co-ordinate selection procedures with comfortable target date lines.

Key Accountabilities:

1. Provide assistance in the execution of the approved recruitment plan; work with the concern department to meet their manpower requirements.

2. Coordinate all aspects of the selection process from vacancy brief through pre-selection to employment offers in a timely and efficient manner which includes short listing, organizing interview panels, and other associated duties.
• Identify potential sources for recruiting staff, such as through job fairs, community organizations, government agencies, vocational/technical schools, colleges and universities or through external recruitment agency to find and attract applicants.
• Writing and placing job advertisement and determine effective media campaigns (ads, posters, flyers, etc.) and coordinate internal job posting program.
• Review and screen applications (obtain work history, education, training, job skills, and salary requirements); segregate those matches with the requirement and then forward to the concern department for final short listing.
• Informs applicants of job duties and responsibilities, compensation and benefits, work schedules and working conditions, company policies, promotional opportunities, and other related information.
• Prepare & process job offers and employment contracts and complete other employment activities to enrol the newly recruited candidate on the payroll of the company.

3. Update & maintain the organization chart of each department.

4. Coordinate and get the Probationary Evaluation Report of newly joined employees from the concerned department heads by the end of 90 days of employment to decide on retaining/termination of the employee.

5. Coordination with the T&D section related to employees succession planning and various trainings programs (co-op, summer student etc.) according to organizations manpower requirements.

6. Presenting the organization in the job fairs (campus selection) and exhibitions

7. Miscellaneous tasks relating to the above or as directed by immediate superior whenever required

Requirements

Knowledge Skills, Qualification and Experience :

•Requires working knowledge of specialized practices, equipment, and procedures.
•Bachelor’s Degree (B.A. or B.S.) from four-year college or organization or equivalent.
•Requires more than 3 years experience

Competencies:
•knowledgeable in executing/facilitating recruitment initiatives obtained from human resources
•Advanced level of communication skills (English writing, listening & speaking & negotiation)
•Expertise in gathering CV, identify media, transmit requirements, short listing of right candidates with strict Time lines
