Refrigeration Manager

Job description / Role

Responsible for the smooth running and success of the Refrigeration department, you will be adept at design review, planning simultaneous projects, liaising with clients and identifying marketing opportunities which will enable the ongoing success of the division. This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic and pro-active manager who enjoys a busy environment and is keen to progress their career.

THE ROLE

• Responsible for the day to day running of the refrigeration department
• Planning and managing resource
• Responsible for the over-all marketing strategy and approach, in co-ordination with the Sales Engineers
• Responsible for the Technical Design of all tendered projects
• Client liaison and visits

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical / Refrigeration Engineering
• Eight to ten years + experience working in the industry
• Experience in refrigeration design – heat load calculations, equipment selection, equipment sourcing etc.
• Able to Project Manage the installation
• Operations and Maintenance experience
• Able to plan and deliver multiple refrigeration projects
• Technical background in commercial and industrial projects
