Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

1. Monitor employees' work levels and review work performance.
2. Inspect and monitor all work areas (AC installation, preventative maintenance, repairs), examine tools and equipment, and provide employee safety training to prevent, detect, and correct unsafe conditions or violations of procedures and safety rules.
3. Sourcing and requisition materials and supplies, such as installation materials, tools, equipment, or replacement parts.
4. Manage and monitor installation materials, tools inventory.
5. Determine schedules, sequences, and assignments for work activities, based on work load and priority, quantity of equipment, and skill of personnel.
6. Source, qualify and manage the outsource teams / workshops to do the AC installation and monitor their work by having several site visits continuously and qualifying their work level.
7. Recommend or initiate personnel related matters, such as hiring, promotions, transfers, discharges, or disciplinary measures.
8. Support the development, implementation, or evaluation of services policies and procedures.
9. Inspect, test, and measure completed work, using devices such as hand tools or gauges to verify conformance to standards, installation or repair requirements.
10. Confer with personnel, such as management, engineering, quality control, customers, to coordinate work activities, resolve employee grievances, or identify and review resource needs.
11. Compute estimates and actual costs of factors such as materials, labor, or outside contractors.
12. Review, evaluate, accept, and coordinate completion of work bid from contractors.
13. Follow up and resolve customer complaints.
14. Perform the necessary technical and safety training to the technical team.
15. Generating the weekly and monthly reports for the productivity, the work updates, and inventory
16. Track, verify and reconcile outsource companies invoices on monthly basis.

Requirements

1. Excellent computer skills especially Microsoft office application (word, excel).
2. Very good communication skills.
3. Holding Diploma degree (in AC / HVAC field).
4. Minimum 5 years experience in AC field (preferably in GCC region).
5. Communicate fluently in Arabic and English language.
