To provide full back-up support to these world-class franchises, AF Motors have an established network of showrooms and service & parts centres throughout the UAE.

To support the National Aftersales Manager at operational level,the National After Sales Operations Manager will develop the Aftersales departments throughout the Emirates with weekly visit schedules that will enhance and improve each site, to maximise the business potential in achievement of budget and customer engagement results. The incumbent will also work closely with departmental managers to identify training requirements, staffing levels and employee productivity measurement and ensure the Retail Toyota business complies with all Dealer Standards in Kaizen, Vehicle Health Check and Right First Time programs.

The main responsibilities for this role will include:

* Organise, direct and control the activities of the Aftersales Branches to exceed budgets, ensuring optimum use of all personnel and facilities resource.
* Conduct daily analysis and coaching on labour, parts and additional product sales in both Service and Parts departments, establish group KPI's per Service and Parts Advisors with performance management reviews
* Ensure Service Branches comply with the Fix it Right program, working closely with the distributor in the implementation of a robust and measurable program
* Ensure that all staff training requirements are identified and communicated to the AFM Academy in line with job specific requirements to ensure active staff and customer engagement.
* Implement new ideas/systems to ensure proper workshop layout, workshop loading, equipment maintenance, and facility utilization that creates an efficient and customer focused environment.
* Review open Work In Progress and reduce over aged WIP to within 7 days at Service Sites
* Work with the key stake holders towards effective Employee engagement

Requirements

To be considered for this position, you will have the following:

* Automotive Aftersales group management experience
* Volume franchise experience
* 15 + years with 3+ years in senior manager capacity
* In depth knowledge of Gulf Automotive market and competitor market
* Experience in developing multiple sites and locations several.
* High level planning and analytical skills.
* Should poses excellent communication skills - fluency in English, added advantage for Arabic language.
* Proficient in Word-Excel and Power Point allowing ease of data analysis and presentation of products
* IT literate
