FAMCO is an ISO 9001:2008 & ISO 14001:2004 certified company.We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Regional Aftersales Manager to work from our Saudi Arabia operations (based in either Jeddah, Riyadh or Dammam). Reporting to the Regional Manager. You will be responsible for providing profitable and effective parts & service support for equipment in the market. Your main duties and responsibilities will include: * Development of the aftersales business to achieve or exceed budget levels * Provide industry-leading levels of customer, product and technical support * Establish and lead a regional aftermarket sales team dedicated to business development. * Ensure that your team works to best practice procedures to deliver the required levels of customer and product support. * Identification and networking to develop the brand within the market place * Ensure Service & Workshop operations adhere to all Company and statutory processes, procedures and guidelines * Ensure Parts & Warehouse operations adhere to all Company and statutory processes, procedures and guidelines |
RequirementsRequirementsTo apply for this role you should have the following skills, experiences and qualifications: * University Graduate/MBA or suitable experience within Construction Machinery industry * Minimum of 5-10 years management in aftersales (parts and/or service) within a recognised Construction Machinery distributor/dealer * Proficient in using Microsoft Office * Have a good command of the English language * Good leadership, negotiation and influencing skills * Innovative and analytical skills * Customer orientated, with decision making and problem solving abilities |
