Regional Aftersales Manager - OMATRA - KSA (x3) (Riyadh - Jeddah - Dammam)

OMATRA (Orient Marketing and Trading Company) is a premier truck, bus and concrete equipment company in the Middle East spanning Saudi Arabia, Syria and Lebanon. Acquired by Al-Futtaim in 2013, OMATRA is known across the region as the distributor for IVECO and ASTRA trucks, IVECO buses and CIFA concrete mixers and pumps. Founded in 1977, OMATRA today has five branches in Saudi Arabia with plans to expand up to 12 branches over the next three years which includes parts and service facilities. OMATRA is headquartered in Jeddah and has a total workforce of 250 employees.

Following Al-Futtaim's acquisition, OMATRA is now managed by FAMCO (Al-Futtaim Auto and Machinery Company) which is the region's leading supplier of commercial vehicles and industrial machinery. Under the new management, OMATRA is being transformed into an employee focused organisation where both the business and associates can grow together, while striving to provide the highest levels of customer service.

Financial Dimensions

Responsibility for Sales & Gross Margin result for Service & Parts operations within area of responsibility.

Key Accountabilities

To provide industry-leading levels of aftermarket product support and customer satisfaction, whilst maximising profitability of Service and Parts operations

*Development of aftersales business to achieve or exceed budget levels of sales and margin.
*Provide industry-leading levels of customer, product and technical support in the areas of Service & Parts regional operations.
*Establish and lead a regional aftermarket sales team dedicated to business development.
*Ensure correct levels of staffing and competence to deliver the required levels of customer and product support.
*Identification of, and recommendations for, network development within area of responsibility
*Ensure Service & Workshop operations adhere to all Company and statutory processes, procedures and guidelines.
*Ensure Parts & Warehouse operations adhere to all Company and statutory processes, procedures and guidelines.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:
University Graduate/MBA or suitable experience within Commercial Vehicle industry.

Minimum Experience:
5-10 years management in aftersales (parts and/or service) within a recognized Commercial Vehicle distributor/dealer.

Job-Specific Skills:
Communication at all levels, problem-solving, analytical skills, financial awareness, knowledge of Dealer Management Systems, decision-making. In-Depth product knowledge and Technical awareness of Commercial Vehicles.
