The Role


The Role


Our client is a Leading International Bank who has had a presence in the Middle East market for over 35 years. The Group has one of the largest international networks with operations in nearly 80 countries and 194,400 employees, including more than 150,000 in Europe.

Your role will be to coordinate and implement the logistics and outreach campaigns for a number of turnkey events that are aligned to the bank’s regional communication strategy, enhance reputation of the brand and inspire stakeholders with key activities. You will gather information on each project to achieve quality event productions, execute and manage the entire event process to meet the expectations of the stakeholders. You will follow up with processes for executing the sponsorship and associated events, draft all communications applicable to the events including coordinating with design and advertising agencies on all print productions. Additionally you will be required to manage the event budgets and forecasts and prepare and modify event contracts as requested.

Candidates must be educated to degree level with at least three years’ experience with office administration management and at least one year experience managing high profile events. You must have excellent interpersonal skills both in person and by phone with high professionalism and the ability to synthesize information quickly. This role requires a candidate who is forward thinking and pragmatic with effective communication, presentation and negotiating skills with the ability to influence people at all levels of the organisation. Excellent English, both written and spoken is essential for the role. This role is contract based with the anticipation of extension after 1 year.
