Regional Business Development Manager (Retail Banking)

Job description / Role

Our client, a leading bank in the Kingdom of Bahrain is seeking to recruit a Regional Business Development Manager for their Retail Banking department.

Purpose of the role : Design and develop retail banking products and will be responsible for handling sales & marketing aspects of these products across the region.

- Retail product development
- Identifying clients
- Marketing these products to clients / Set up Campaigns and road shows
- Develops portfolios across regional clients

Requirements

- Bachelors Degree or Post graduation degree is preferable
- 10 + years of experience in business development and developing mortgage and lending products within the banking sector.
- Experience handling clients in the Middle eastern region, especially Egypt.
