Job description / Role
The Company:
My client, a Fortune 500 FMCG business, has initiated a search for a top tier CFO to join their team to build upon it's already impressive footprint in the region.
A number of 'super brands' exist within the client's portfolio and they are continuously looking to bring new businesses to the region, expand on M&A activity and organically grow their existing operation.
Given the high profile nature of the business, my client will only consider candidates already operating at a very senior level within world renowned businesses.
Requirements
Already operating in a Global, corporate environment, the CFO will:
- Be a qualified accountant, ideally backed up with an MBA from top business school
- Have impressive commercial awareness gained within an FMCG environment
- Have excellent exposure to M&A - appraisal, deal structuring, negotiation and integration
- Be used to operate in emerging markets
- Have a strong strong awareness of franchise operations and be able to manage such relationships effectively
- Have demonstrable experience of implementing positive change and operating in sometimes ambiguous environments
- Be an extremely strong influencer, both externally and internally
